Jay Gattis has been effective in helping

people find relief from anxiety, depression, and trauma, as well as improving the quality of their life and relationships. I provide a thorough assessment followed by a collaboratively developed treatment plan to effectively address your individual situation. My Goal is to treat you as a whole person — biological, psychological, relational and spiritual. Often talk therapy alone will not be as effective as it could be when combined with appropriate adjunctive treatment(s) and I will refer you to the appropriate specialist(s) or resources when needed.

Many psychological symptoms are significantly affected by our brain function and can be more effectively overcome when intervention on the brain is part of your treatment. Neurofeedback is a powerful treatment that can help you become your best possible self, because when your brain works well, you work well.

I believe that we cannot function well when our psychological, relational or physical well-being are compromised. That is why I seek to address both deep psychological hurts that sabotage our relationships and the underlying brain dysfunction through neurofeedback. I provide neurofeedback for adults and children.
