Dr Griffin is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in 

VIrginia. He is Board Certified In EEG Biofeedback (Neurofeedback) by the Biofeedback Certification Institute of America. He has been a psychologist in private practice over 20 years after a 17 year career in community college education. Dr. Griffin is also on the affiliate medical staff at Southern Virginia Regional Medical Center in Emporia, VA. He is a member of the International Society for Neurofeedback Research, North Carolina Psychological Association, and Southeastern Association for Biofeedback and Neurofeedback.

Dr. Griffin has special interest in attention and memory issues of children, adolescents and adults. He is a 53 year survivor of severe traumatic brain injury (TBI) and is accomplished in assessment and treatment of patients who have experienced TBI. He receives numerous referrals of individuals having ADHD and TBI.

Dr. Griffin obtained the B.S. in Biology from Guilford College, an M.A. in Biology from Western Carolina University, and M.A. in Psychology from North Carolina Central University. He has an earned doctorate in education (EdD) from the University of Sarasota and a PhD. in Psychology from Walden University.
